Shangri-La Paris wedding couple

Elopement in Paris with Onur and Tut Ku who flew to the city of love from Turkey to celebrate their wedding at the Shangri-La. It was a nice surprise to meet the two of them. Tut Ku was quite nervous & beautiful in her designer wedding gown. It actually was the Shangri-La who contacted me directly to see whether I was available at the last minute to photograph a couple at the hotel. It appeared they did not have a photographer and decided on a few photographs within this luxury hotel before they were going to drive to the Turkish embassy to get married! GREAT IDEA … I was so glad to be able to capture a few photographs of the two of them with such a lavish estate in the background. We did not have a lot of time for photography and couldn’t really head outside for a few streets shots. I used the balcony with a gorgeous view of the Eiffel tower, the room where the bride was getting ready, the garden down below with spring flowers all in bloom. We then went to the first floor level with the grand staircase. Snap, snap, in a few hours i managed to gather a nice selection of photographs representative of their wedding day which i am sure they will cherish for the rest of their life.
